Rental packages are for The Gathering Place and include tables and chairs, serving kitchen and garbage pickup
Non-refundable Down Payment: $300.00 is due at the time of application. Full rental is due 2 days prior to event.
Building Curfew: no one is allowed in the building from 1AM - 7AM
Key/Damage Deposit: $300 key/damage deposit is due 30 days prior to rental. Check will be cashed and a refund deposit will be one week after event pending inspection. The deposit will be refunded to issuer of check. Failure to return keys will forfeit deposit. All damage to fixtures or property will be billed at replacement cost or $10 per hour for repairs.
Building Cleanup: clean up must be completed directly following event. Failure to complete cleanup by end of rental designated time will forfeit your damage deposit. Optional cleanup package available for $200 (see above)
Alcohol: no alcohol or pop brought into facilities. If caught serving hard liquor in facilities you will forfeit your damage deposit. If serving alcohol an Alcohol Monitor must be provided, see rental guidelines.
Proof of insurance: licensee shall provide The Gathering Place proof of insurance
Bartenders - $15 an hour. 1 Bartender per 100 people.
